All staff that we send to clients on a temporary basis have had 2 references, assessment and a health questionnaire plus an in-depth interview, all of which are completed before any candidate is placed to an establishment.

Call 4 Commercial’s permanent staff are also interviewed and matched correctly to a job.  We pride ourselves on not just sending out cv’s as we understand time is valuable and we would rather be honest and upfront with our clients if we do not have a suitable candidate.

We believe in only taking your time up when necessary, so we don’t pop in all the time, ring you on a daily basis or send down lots of cv’s, hoping one is right or that you might have a position for someone.  Working closely does not mean constantly pestering you!

For a candidate we offer an honest truthful service where we actually tell you what the job is about ‘warts and all' and we do not put pressure on you to take a job.
